S&S Plastics is unique in the local area by offering a self-sufficient tool making facility. This combines state-of-the-art technology with highly qualified engineers who have a wealth of experience to support our clients at any stage of their project development.

Small Batch Production
Whilst S&S Plastics have worked on many projects for major international clients, we are always happy to work on small batch productions. The small run doesn’t mean a huge hike in prices and we run batches starting from 1,000 molded units.

Components from Stock
Need to re-order the same components regularly? We produce many varied components to a maximum shot weight of approximately 500g whilst stocks of the majority of the product range are readily available to enable us to comply fully with customer requirements. This means that delivery or re-orders can be almost immediate, saving you valuable time and costs.

BSI Accredited
S&S Plastics have been BSI Accredited since 2000. This process means that parts are guaranteed by the full use of the Statistical Process Control (SPC) package. Quality is assured to at least 99.999% accuracy.
