S&S Plastics have a formalised Quality system.

We are audited by BSI against our two accreditations, ISO 9001:2000 (certificate No FM72322) and ISO 13485:2003 (certificate No MD91057), Manufacturing and Medical devices.

The systems (as you are probably aware) cover all areas of manufacture from advanced quality planning to the release of finished goods.

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Key areas within the company are controlled and monitored including; Suppliers, Goods Inwards, In-Process manufacture and Final Audit.

The Department uses the latest technology and techniques to support the advanced quality planning, these include:- FMEA’s, Capability Studies, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Non-Contact Co-ordinate measuring (CMM) and Parts per Million (PPM) analysis.

We welcome audits from any of our customers, both current and potential and will do all we can to ensure we achieve your quality requirements.
